The trash compactor does work better now.

I have used them before. I had to call them second time as the machine had gone down. They explained to me how I could do the work myself. I do trust them. I would call them again surely. They are prompt. The service call is answered the same day. They stand by their work. They are honest. They are confident. I would use them in the future.  

I called at 11:30am and a rep told me they could help me same day, appointment was made between 12:00 and 2:00pm. A very polite gentleman came and began working on the unit right away. He told me it was the computer board and it needed to be replaced. I asked the price and when it can be repaired. The tech told me it was going to cost $360 and he has the part on the truck. I dont know anything about appliances and prices so I asked the tech to wait 10 minutes. I called 2 other companies to see if i was getting a good price. The first company didnt want to tell me a price over the phone and the second told me it was going to cost around $440. I told the tech to go ahead with the repair. #0 minutes later the repaired has been completed and everything is working. I'm very happy with the repair and the tech. I will use these guys again. They gave me a coupon for next repair. The tech was very nice, polite and courteous. Thanks for the help.

IT WAS FINE. THEY DID A FINE JOB. THERE WERE NO PROBLEMS. THEY SEEMED TO KNOW WHAT THEY WERE DOING. THEY CAME IN, AND DID WHAT WE NEEDED THEM TO DO. THEY FIXED THE PROBLEM.

JOB 1: VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE AS WE ARE A FAMILY OF FIVE AND USE THE DRYER ALMOST EVERY DAY. THEY WERE OUT THE SAME DAY WE CALLED FOR SERVICE AND FIXED THE PROBLEM RIGHT AWAY. JOB 2: THE SERVICE WAS VERY GOOD. HE IMMEDIATELY DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM AND THE OVEN IS MUCH MORE EFFICIENT NOW. WE ARE UNABLE TO REPLACE THESE OVENS SINCE THEY'VE STOPPED MAKING THEM, SO IT'S NICE THAT SOMEONE CAN REPAIR THEM.

I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE AND THE TIMELY MANNER THAT THEY REPORTED TO MY HOUSE. I'M NOT SURE IF I WAS OVER CHARGED FOR A JOB THAT ONLY TOOK 15 MINUTES. 300.00 SEEMED LIKE A LOT FOR A POWER RELAY AND FOR HOW EASY IT SEEMED TO INSTALL.

WORDS THAT DESCRIBE THIS COMPANY: DISREPUTABLE. LYING. CHEATING. RUDE. THE REPAIR PERSON WAS GROSSLY INCOMPETENT. THE MANAGER WAS RUDE AND UNRESPONSIVE WHEN I ASKED FOR MY SERVICE CALL FEE REFUNDED. I AM GLAD FOR THIS FORUM TO WARN OTHERS AWAY FROM EXPRESS APPLIANCE REPAIR FROM ENCINO CA, BUT CHEATING CUSTOMERS IN SANTA CLARITA, TOO.
