Eric's amazing.  He's incredibly smart, considerate, patient, and reasonable.  He kept a cool head (and helped us keep ours) during negotiations.  He always kept the end-goal in mind - - a comfortable home for our family.  He made himself available during weekdays and weekends, traveled back and forth across town to view properties with us, and never gave up on us, even though we changed our mind quite a bit on the area and type of house we desired.  He had a great understanding of the process and the forms, and could speak intelligently with the opposing agent about the terms of the lease back we proposed.  He tried hard to keep us from feeling too discouraged during the house hunting process, and was genuine in his support during our search. 

If you are looking for a house in the San Fernando Valley area and you don't use this real estate agent to help you, you're wasting your time!  Eric found us a home in Woodland Hills, in our price range, in one day, in this crazy, no-inventory market!  We just closed after a 15-day escrow and we couldn't be more pleased with his services!  He was super-responsive to our needs, seemed to know just what we were looking for, listened to what we said we wanted, and did all the right things to make this transaction happen.  Eric is young, very smart, and has the energy and patience to put up with just about anything and anyone.  While we were viewing houses, he was on the phone with the broker representing the house to see how many offers were already on the table so we knew where we stood.  Eric grew up in the San Fernando Valley and knows the individual pockets of houses very well.  He knows what's on the market and about how much it will sell for, and he will tell you that information.  He's honest and up-front with everything about the housing market.  I, personally, am tired of dealing with agents who have no idea of what you want -- and don't care -- and so just show you the houses in the areas they are familiar with and what they will make the most commission on.  They can't "think outside of the box" because they are stuck in the housing market rut.  Eric isn't like this.  He's a Brown University grad who's always on his game:  he returns calls or texts almost immediately, is always polite with other brokers as well as his clients, isn't overly aggressive but  stands his ground, and has a good sense of humor which is needed in this crazy market.  I can't recommend Eric enough: he's just the best agent I've every worked with.

We found Eric while searching online for a house. After a brief phone conversation, I could tell he knew what he was talking about and he sounded very personable. We told him our preferred area was Woodland Hills, that we didn't want a pool, and gave him our budget of 600k. Eric knew the area quite well since he grew up in the valley. He showed us homes that he found but also made himself available at whatever inconvenient time we called and asked him to show us a house we found online. Ultimately he found us a home that was priced incorrectly above our price range, but he had the insight to show it to us and know that it should be priced lower. He talked to the seller's realtor but they refused to budge even though the house had been on the market for months. After some back and forth and some good negotiating, we got the house for just under 600k. Very good work by
an excellent realtor. We would definitely recommend Eric.

Eric was incredibly responsive to emails (our preferred method of communication) and helped us at every step.  The house was in bad shape and he helped us decide wether to fix it up or not.  He gave us good advice on how to price the house.  He showed the house and helped us sort through the several offers we had.  I think we got a fair price for the house.  He helped step by step through the paperwork.  Overall he was very helpful without being pushy or intrusive.  I would definitely use him again for buying or selling a house.

When we met Eric Lebovitz, we had been through a few Realtors and had not yet found our "dream home".  We had very specific parameters in mind of what we needed and wanted in a house and we communicated those to Eric on our first meeting and subsequent times he showed us houses.  We probably looked at over 200 houses with Eric and, honestly, after 6 months I started expecting him to give up in exasperation like some of the other Realtors we had worked with.  But each time, when I said, "I hope we're not being too picky" or something of this nature, Eric would set my mind at ease, saying that this is a big purchase and we should make sure we're happy with whatever we ended up buying. 
Throughout the process of looking at so many houses, we found Eric to be reliable, personable, funny and honest. 
When we finally did find our "dream house", Eric was instrumental with handling all the details, explaining how the offer/counter offer process works and what we could expect with the escrow.  There were some repairs that needed to be done to the house we were purchasing and Eric made sure our requests were represented and taken care of.  He never seemed to tire of helping us and was always friendly, low pressure and available to us when we needed him. 
Even after the sale was over, Eric checked back in with us, making sure we were still happy with the house.  We were and, two years later, still are, totally and completely happy with this purchase and the fact that Eric was the one to help us buy it just makes it that much better of an experience.  He even sent us a very nice housewarming card and gift which was very thoughtful and much appreciated!
We have referred our friends and collegues to Eric and will continue to do so. And we would definitely ask him to represent us again if we ever need any real estate help.  He made our homebuying experience pleasant and troublefree.  Thanks, Eric!

I initally met Eric while attending an open house in west los angeles.  Immediately upon entering the home, Eric greeted me with a smile and invited me to take look around, reassuring me that he was happy to answer any questions.  When I look back, I am always reminded of how comfortable he made me feel as a potential client.  Prior to meeting Eric I had encounter real estate agents that left me feeling invisible under similiar circumstances.  The fact that I was wearing flip-flops and rather humble attire, didn't seem to make a difference one way or another; Eric welcomed me as though I walked in ready to purchase or with a dozen questions all the same.  I totally appreciated that, so much that I decided in that moment, my family would purchase our first home with Eric as our realtor.  I explained to Eric that we would be ready to buy over the next year.  Eric requested my contact information and then proceeded to give me a tour of the house free of any pressure to commit to him as a client or move in a direction other than what I shared.  His knowledge of the housing market and familiarity with the area that my family was interested buying coupled with his respectful approach were incredibly impressive. 
Fast forward to the purchasing time frame that I stated was ideal for my family (nearly a year later), and the phone rings...it's Eric.  He remembered!! Eric was genuine and listened carefully to our thoughts and questions.  He was flexible with scheduling time to meet with us and visit listings.  We always felt comfortable and in control while protectfully guided by Eric's expertise and experience in the housing market.  Eric's integrity is an asset to this market and with complete confidence we trusted him as our realtor.  Eric came through.  Within one exciting month of home shopping,  we found the "sweet place we now call home".  Eric's conscientiousness and attention to detail was a cornerstone in gettiing our offer accepted ona  competitive home and expedited our time in escrow. Before this incredible experience with Eric, I'd heard about the "agonizing" escrow process....BUT this was not our experience at all.  Eric was available all times of day and this was especially important for us.  He also joined us during our home inspection and offered to help in anyway that he could (providing referrals to loan providers, helping with walk-throughs, home warranty plans, etc.). Our experience with Eric was completely remarkable and even today leaves us with pleasant feelings.  Eric's respect, generosity and encouragement continued beyond the sale, as he gifted us with amazing house warming gifts and follow-up to ensure we were off to a great start.  Eric went above and beyond.  My husband and I came away from our first home buying experience more educated and empowered as consumers, largely due to Eric's respect for us and keeping us included/well informed throughout the process.

Eric was outstanding for both the sale of our old home and purchase of our current.  Very responsive, knowlegeable and really looks out for your best interests.  I could not recommend Eric more highly.

Overall Eric did an excellent job for our family.   My wife and I were in the market to buy a home but we not in a hurry to
make a purchase.  Eric was available to show us homes at our convenience.  I appreciate the fact that he took the time to schedule a
few place for us to look at during the same days so we could get a feel for what we wanted.  He never pressured us or  tried to pursued us to do anything we did not want do.  He is very thorough in his evaluation of each property we were interested in.  There were a few times he brought issues to our attention that we would never had thought of, which made a
huge difference in deciding the value of the property to us.  Eric really understood what was important to us.  When it comes time to make an offer he is very strategic.  He will allow you to make whatever offer you fell comfortable with but is definitely working for you and has a great sense for how the other party could react.  Eric helped recommend others in related businesses that also did a great job.

We were not from the L.A. area and Eric was very responsive to all our needs. To start, he set up searches ahead of our visit sending us emails on houses that fit our search criteria. We then worked on a list of properities to visit when we were in the L.A. area. After just two days of looking we found our perfect beach house! We were closing in on the end of day 1 and just talking with Eric about our price point he then expanded his searches and we were off looking at other houses. The last house of day one was the winner which wouldn't have happened without him listening to us and then acting fast at finding others for sale in the neighborhood we were in. Eric still suggested we look at houses south of L.A. just to get the lay of the land on day 2. Very good suggestion as it confirmed the last house from the day before was the one. He then connected us with a mortgage company and the whole process was just way too easy. Since we were out of the state Eric also took the time to visit the property to ensure the house was in good shape before, during, and after the closing again representing the buyers. Not sure what other agents would care that much! We had no expectation of finding anything but Eric made the process very easy, relaxing and we really feel without his knowledge, listening to the customer, and experience we wouldn't have found our perfect beach house. We typically don't give feedback like this but we felt it important enough to let everyone know of our experience and the superior service Eric provided.

Eric is great. He doesn't just tell you what you want to hear, but offers an experienced opinion, which, as a first time home buyer, I REALLY appreciated. He was great at explaining the process (from looking to writing an offer to closing) and making sure my expectations were realistic. He always responded to phone calls and emails to make sure everything was taken care of in a timely manner. I enjoyed working with Eric so much I even referred my parents to him and he helped them purchase their second home! Work with Eric! You wont be disappointed :)

we were not easy clients.  we were not willing to pay more than necessary to get in a home.  we watched the market for nearly two years before we even decided we were ready to buy.  eric took the time to show us many homes in the localities we requested.  he was mindful of our price ranges, and he helped us fight for what we wanted.  it took us a few months of searching and eric never lost his patience with us.   we ended up buying a home nearly $200.00 less than market value, in a perfect neighborhood.  he is simply the best.

I would give an excellent recommendation for Eric Lebovitz. He works right out of the Sherman Oaks location. He is phenomenal and extremely professional. He never forgets to follow up with you. He calls back right away when you leave a message. He will answer the phone and he won’t wait for a day or two to call you back. He just takes 5 minutes. He is really good and he will take care of you. He is a little pricey, but he is good and he is very agreeable. I would definitely use his services in the future too and I have already recommended him a couple of times.
