I contacted Encino Lock & Key on Tuesday afternoon, and they agreed to send over a locksmith the next day in the morning. The locksmith they sent was from another service, Archer's Lock and Safe from Glendale. He arrived exactly on time and was extremely friendly and helpful. I had just recently purchased the house and so only had one key for one of the locks on the front door. He was nice enough to try and repair one deadbolt that was broken, but was unable to as it was just too damaged. He then proceeded to re-key all of the other locks on the house so they shared the same key, at the original agreed upon price.

THEY CAME OUT PROMPTLY; WERE COURTEOUS, PROFESSIONAL AND REALLY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING. THIS WAS NOT THE FIRST TIME WE HAD USED THEM. THEY ALWAYS COME OUT AT ANY TIME.
