Encino Fireplace Shop

I purchased a Montigo there... i guess they were dropped from Montigo as my project got closer to my certificate of occupancy... we had an issue with capacitor, and Encino should have helped me get a part since it was still under warranty. They absolutely ignore my calls, my emails...total silence! Tali might be a great sales person, diligent and responsive, but boy, she is horrible at after sale! She bad mouth the installer they had who installed my fireplace and suggested me to use their new one... No answer, no call back, from their new installer. I decided to contact the initial installer and asked for help. He put me in contact with Montigo manuf who kindly gave me the part for free - this has been going on for 2 years... a $16k montigo... Amir helped me out resolving all issue through the manufacturer as Encino refuse to help me, and fixed it!. So i would not recommend Encino Fireplace. They are unprofessional.

My experience did not go as well as I had hoped. The mantle itself is very beautiful and looks amazing in my living room. The problem was that I had originally also wanted to order a hearth for the fireplace as well. I guess my fireplace is a strange size because it seemed a very big deal to have this done. Although they didn't take any of my money until I ordered the actual mantle, I had waited ten weeks for the answer from them on weather or not they could have the hearth molded by the manufacturer. At the end of the ten weeks (and me calling about three times during that time) they told me the manufacturer couldn't make the hearth. I decided to order the mantle anyway and just go with a tile hearth. The mantle didn't take long to come in and was installed professionally and looks beautiful, so in the end I'm happy. I just wish they had gotten back to me quicker on the hearth.

THEY CAME RIGHT ON THE DOT. THEY WERE POLITE AND THEY HAD A GOOD PRICE.
