Description of Work: We have used Mark's Economy Rooter Service several times, going back to 1999, to snake out drains in our home. He is timely in responding to the initial call for service and then arrives at the agreed time.

 + -1 moreMark was very friendly and professional. He arrived on time to the appointment and listened carefully as I described the problems we had been having. He completed the job quickly and thorougly (only 45 minutes). He even offered recommendations on how to fix one of the problems ourselves so that we would not have to pay him to do extra work. And at less than $75/hour, I felt the price was more than fair. He was also very patient with my chatty 3-year-old, an added bonus.
