They really didn't give me an energy audit. They came, audited my air ducting system and looked at my insulation. They didn't do a thermal scan or anything like that on the house. I didn't think it went very well. I wasn't too happy with it. They were okay. They gave me more of the insulation which I already knew I needed to replace. They looked at my ducting system. They looked at my heater and that was about it. I was expecting that they'll do a thermal scan in the house but they didn't do that work. I don't plan on using them. I think they should be informative about what they're going to do.

As I said he came in introduced himself went out to check the air conditioner, checked the attic said I might want to put in new insulation which I already knew the attic needed.  Then said everything looked good. There was no conversation as to how old the unit is or suggestions as to what I might do to keep it working or working better.  The person had no customer courtesy; and I had let them postpone my appointment with their company because of staff problems they said they were having so I let them put it off 2 or 3 weeks.
