The first project went well. We ran into some challenges, but that didn't deter Moshe and his team. In fact, it energized them. They stayed committed to doing the job and doing it right.

We've had to contact Moshe off and on the last few years. He is very responsive and timely with his solutions and recommendations. We have no doubt that Moshe is committed to making sure everything in our home is working properly and to our satisfaction.

It was great. We had them do some other work. I think we had them do some other audio and visual stuff in our house. I think it was a personal touch. I think they were very responsive.

Dream Technologies installed and configured outdoor home security cameras & a DVR, as well as a front door video intercom system.
I dealt exclusively with the owner of the company (Moshe).  He is experienced and knowledgable and helped me to choose the most appropriate system for my situation.  He was candid about the balance between quality and cost and did not steer me to the more expensive, instead offered me options that added value.  He was responsive to my calls & I never felt pressured or rushed.
The installers were prompt, professional, knowledgable and polite.  The took their time and ensured that all was configured in a manner that was most effective and that I was satisfied with.  For example, the camera portion of the front door intercom was mounted such that the daytime sky backlit the visitor and did not capture an effective photograph.  The technician remounted the camera in a second location where the pictures of the visitor were bright, clear and identifiable.  Then he patched up the previous mount point.  It was extra work for him, but his concern was to ensure that the install was correct and optimal.
They did not leave the property until my wife and I were trained in the use of our new systems & all of our questions were answered.
I recommend Dream Technologies without reservation.  Very satisfied.

Moshe is  very knowledgeable in top of the line equipment and will only recommend the best quality. Since we do not have adequate crawl space in the attic the installers were very detailed as to make the exterior wires as discrete as possible. All cameras angled in perfect position to monitor the property. The job was done in very professional manner. I highly recommend their service.

Overall experience was great. Moshe was very professional and his team did an amazing job with the camera security system. The install went smooth and the system works flawlessly. I had some networking issues with the system to be able to view remotely and Moshe went out of his way to help. I recommend Dream Technologies, Inc. for any home automation project.

Moshe and his team are professional, courteous, friendly and know how to get the job done. I have hired them 2x to install security cameras in a residential home (interior and exterior). They were under TREMENDOUS time constraints both times and each time they handled everything perfectly. They know how to handle wiring/electrical issues, and clean up each area they have worked in. Moshe showed me how to use all the functions and settings of the cameras on my laptop computer as well as setting up their app on my phone so I could view the cameras from my phone if necessary. When I am ready to automate my own home and put up securitiy cameras at properties, I will call Dream Technologies.  I also like it that Moshe is almost always available via phone, email or Skype, or will return a call/email promptly.

From the start, the project went well.  No delays or problems.  Dream Technologies worked around my schedule, and even worked over the weekends to complete the job within the time they promised.

Finally, peace of mind. 
Moshe was incredibly patient, reviewing different options, systems within my budget. He spent a lot of time with me on the phone, giving me the pros and cons of different security systems, and worked to find something within my budget that would satisfy my security needs.
I live in an urban area, in an older home, and Moshe understood what type of security I was looking for, and kept it consistent with the character of my home. All within the budget I had set. 
I was on the fence whether to buy a cheap home security system and install it myself (cameras, et.) or to hire a professional. I'm so glad i did the latter.
The customer service was incredible. Moshe and his crew came out on a Sunday (!) to install the system before I went out of town. He took the time to explain and review the workings to a non-professional like me. The only technical glitch occurred because I had not updated my Mac system, and Moshe and his team kept in touch with me after the sale (!) to make sure everything was working properly.
His team was great. They were patient, went over things with me, and worked dang hard all day long.
This guy is great. He treated me like I was the most important customer he had, and for a little bitty job like mine, that's a nice surprise.  I had a tight budget and a quick deadline and he met them both.
I would recommend Dream Technologies to any homeowner, no matter how big or small your home is. You won't be disappointed, and you'll feel more secure than you did before.

Dream Technologies was referred to us by a friend who was extremely happy with their results.  During our first meeting, we realized that the Dream Technologies team  were so knowledgeable and up to date on what is going on in home automation today.  They were friendly and accommodating to our busy schedules.  They completed the project within the scheduled time.  It is amazing how they could customize all our needs in home automation, and we can control everything from our ipad!  My family and I highly recommend Dream Technologies!!!  Outstanding and professional!  We plan to use them again in the future with our Malibu beach home. 

Moshe was great.  He took the time to walk me through all the options, and seemed really committed to finding a solution that worked best for me, even if it wasn't the most expensive.  His personal attention made it an easy process, and gave me a lot of confidence in the result.  I'd definitely use Dream Technologies again.

If you need to upgrade, install, create home theater and phone systems Moshe Kirsh of Dream Technologies is your guy.  What impressed me most is that he actually listened to what we wanted (we did not need all the bells and whistles in a home theater system) and made suggestions based on what we wanted.  The components were what we needed/wanted.  I was also impressed on how he used his engineering background to find solutions to problems.  He designed our system so that it was simple and easy to use (we are now down to one remote!). He showed up on time, cleaned up after, and kept coming back until everything worked as he said it would.  I have no worries that if something did not work he would come back quickly to fix it.  In sum, very responsive, did as promised, when promised and within our budget.  I have no qualms about recommending him.

Moshe installed a comprehensive alarm system for our house (including video cameras, etc.) and also built out a wireless home network for us.

A friend recommended Dream Technologies for my home security system.  I contacted them to install indoor/outdoor cameras.  The owner of the company, Moshe, arrived with an assistant exactly on the scheduled time.  What a pleasant surprise. I was instantly impressed with his knowledge and professional manner.  Once the cameras were installed, he patiently explained how they operate.  I am amazed how clear the picture on the camera is and how easy it is to use.  Moshe and his tech were friendly and reliable.  I would HIGHLY recommend Dream Technologies for any home security or entertainment needs, as a matter of fact I'm also looking into a replacement intercom system that will interface to my home phone and use Dream Technologies for the job.

Moshe was excellent, he was very knowledgeable and courteous. He had great ideas to get everything up and running, hung everything from the ceiling with all the wires hidden, got it all connected the way I asked and even threw in some different types of cables so that if I need to add different devices in the future it will not be a problem. I am very happy with the service he provided and would definitely recommend.
