Our experience with Concept Renovations was incredibly professional from start to finish. Jonathan was on time for our initial meeting and estimate. We had two bathrooms remodeled one at a time and they where on time (two months start to finish) and on budget. His team were both polite and very tidy. Jonathan and Valentina checked in with us multiple times asking for feedback and wanting to be sure we were happy customers. Their Office Manager Celina would also call us once a week to make sure we where ok. I have recommend Concept Renovations to a few of my friends.

I contracted Concept Renovations to remodel 2 1/2 bathrooms , as well as to do some other updates to the upstairs (new linen cabinets, replace carpet, upgrade bedrooms, etc.). It was a pretty large project, and I was able to move out of my house while the work was being completed, which saved some time and money. I was very happy with not only the result of the renovation, but with the process of working with Concept Jonathan and Jacob where my project managers, and they where fantastic. With all the horror stories you hear about contractors, I feel like I got extremely lucky. From the moment they came out to see the place and give me a quote (by the way, They made time on a holiday because that worked with our schedule!), was a true pleasure to work with. Also their field Manager Valentina was always at the job site making sure it was clean and sheâ s very knowledgeable in construction. They worked to get me the best quality at the very lowest price possible. At every stage, they did everything humanly possible to make me happy and help make sure I get the results I want. The contract was very specific and laid out everything that would be done. They do quote the labor separately-- and then whatever materials and finishes you choose are purchased directly from the vendor. I think this makes a BIG difference in helping people save money. Unlike other designers and contractors, they don't take a "cut" or a "markup" on everything you purchase. They get a significant contractor's discount and pass on ALL of that savings. In addition, Valentina took me shopping! We went all around town looking for tile, plumbing fixtures, and everything else we needed and she was helpful in choosing things that would look good as well as making sure all the specs would work. But the best part was Concepts responsiveness and communication. We were in constant contact by phone, email, and text, and they came over almost daily to make sure the project was going smoothly and things were being done correctly. They always tried to work around my schedule for meetings and necessary appointments. All the guys on the crew were great, and that's important when you have people hanging out in your home. Remodeling is stressful, obviously. There were various issues and problems that came up, but Jacob was always reassuring and would do whatever it took to resolve everything as necessary. I was able to feel fully confident that everything was being done right and that no one was trying to take advantage of me, and that made a HUGE difference

After a year of living in our dated home, we were finally ready to tackle a major renovation. We needed to completely remodel the kitchen, two bathrooms, master bedroom, plus new flooring and full interior paint. After consulting with several builders, we chose Concept Renovations. I cannot emphasize enough how happy we are with our choice. From the start, Jacob was honest and resourceful in helping us navigate the process and the dozens of design decisions required. He has a strong artistic sense along with deep construction knowledge so we always felt in good hands. We never experienced the common issue of "change orders" jacking up the price. The only time we paid extra was when we discovered that all of our old plumbing was rotting. With every other unexpected problem, Concept absorbed the cost. Considering that we did all this work during Covid 19, it's a miracle the project finished on time. To keep us safe, they staged the construction so that we could remain in our house. For example, during those scary early days of Covid, we stayed snugly inside an unused downstairs bedroom/bathroom while work took place upstairs and around us. We love the beautiful, updated look and comfort of our renovated home and have only gratitude to Concept Renovations for helping to make it our dream home.

Concept has been a fantastic. They are responsive, polite, fast and honest. They are, in fact, still doing work for a renovation project on our house and I'm confident that the work is and will be phenomenal. This was my first time using a contractor and I am a first time homeowner. Even still, with the horror stories you hear from contractors in LA, I can assure you that the owner, Jacob and Valentina their project manager will be present each day. There have been no surprise cost changes, their quote has been accurate so far and will not hesitate to use them again for future projects. Their staff has all been top notch. Do yourself a favor and use them. As an aside, we requested quotes from other companies and while some may seem responsive, they will likely forget about you or think of you as a number. They treat you like a person and constantly check in to make sure you're happy with their work. I trust them with my home completely. They have the utmost integrity, I can't say enough for how positive this experience has been.

Jonathan was a pleasure to work with. Professional, responsive, and friendly from the estimate to completion. Our kitchen and bathroom look great and we are looking forward to having them do our backyard as well. I thought the painting team seemed very professional and did an excellent job. The team worked long hours and kept us informed as to their daily objectives and asked us ahead of time if our help was needed (leaving doors open, windows shut etc.). We also had 12 recessed lights installed and the overall finished project is fabulous. This is a great company to hire.

They showed up and did an amazing presentation. We chose to hire them and start our project. Very friendly and loved the samples of previous work they had done. We have a complete interior remodel of several rooms, including the kitchen, master bath, guest bath, master closet, laundry room, and some less extensive remodeling in other rooms. All of the flooring needs replaced, cabinets, walls removed or moved, a steel beam installed so weight-bearing walls could be removed, installation of new appliances, fixtures, windows, electrical work, plumbing, drywall, painting and more. This was NOT a handyman job. I am very happy with the decision to hire them. They came across as very knowledgeable, responsive, attentive, personable, and pleasant.

We had 2 bathrooms remodeled and hired Concept Renovations out of the several contractors that we met via friends, neighbors and co workers. They are a great company and we happily give them 5 stars for excellence in their dedication and service to their clients.

Professional, honest and doesn't take shortcuts. They came out on a major renovation remodel in our home and presented what their company had to offer. Between our initial meeting and the before and after photos we looked over we will have to admit the photos don't do true justice for their work. Absolutely brilliant craftsmanship and talk about attention to detail! We purchased our home and needed to find the right contractor to complete the renovation work that we wanted and to do the work in the move in time that we expected. They not only performed above brilliant but finished the work in under the 5 months agreed. 4 months! This is a great company and come with our highest recommendation and praise. Once again, honest, hard working, dependable and brilliant, brilliant, brilliant!

I love, love my new kitchen! It's sleek, modern, and totally functional! Our rep was wonderful, had great ideas and explained the process thoroughly. After our kitchen projected was over he even came out to make sure everything was the way we visioned and wanted it to be and that we were completely happy! Yes!! So great service, great design and craftsmanship. Relatively moderate cost. Absolutely no complaints! Tell them big D sent you!

They are coming out again now for a kitchen possibility. They are great period! In under 2 weeks they made my bathroom go from a gross ugly old bathroom to a look like a new, clean and beautiful one. They did a great job. I did however find a chemical stain on my hardwood floor in my entrance when they left. I didnt know that they noticed it and Instead of calling them, I tried to clean the stain and after failing at that and making the stain worse I called and chewed them out "Un warranted of course as they didnt deserve it" and literally not even about 2 or 3 minutes after my call into their office I received a call back and just like that we arraigned the time for them to come out and look at it including the damage i ended up causing by not calling them first. So sincere and literally all they wanted to know was how and when they can help and thats just what they did. Stain is gone and the bathroom at every angle is beautiful and yes FLAWLESS. I promised if ever again I would notify them first before trying to fix myself, I really made it worst. They were so accommodating and didnt charge for the damage I ended up causing. Their work and their customer service is FANTASTIC! I would recommend them in a heartbeat. Companies that stand by you when something goes wrong and you act like a jerk about it are very rare.

They definitely were on time and we appreciated that. Every day they showed up and cleaned up. They definitely knew what they were doing. Their workmanship was top notch! It was a wonderful kitchen. They stayed on budget and we paid what they agreed to pay. We will definitely use them again!

Creative, honest, real people work here and when they come to your house they do their job. I always felt comfortable and was always kept up to date on progress and timelines. Met my budget request and stuck to. My closet honestly is far more incredible then I dared to think possible Concept made it all possible though. Planning on my Kitchen next after seeing their work first hand, will wait to fall for that one.

We hired this company last summer to install our new roof. We found them here on Home Advisor a few weeks back and couldnt believe our luck. Of Course!!! Your Hired! Our exterior home looks great they really painted really really well. We also are now proud owners of a beautiful new deck. Plus the deck we added later was installed exactly in the time frame and budget they said they would do it in and YES they did! Good company with respectful workers.

I have worked with many contractors over the years and have had good results, so I know a good company when I work with one. Concept Renovations is top notch. I knew as soon as I met them that all my expectations were going to be exceeded. They immediately ordered my 3 windows and did not start the job until the windows were delivered. After that, demo, framing, plumbing, electrical, cement, tile, drywall, paint, and finishes all proceeded quickly, efficiently, and perfectly. Since it was not a huge bathroom, the trades were staggered so each could do their job without interference from another trade. Every day I knew who was coming and what time they were arriving. They stayed until they finished their trade and cleaned up perfectly. I never had one complaint. My gorgeous bathroom was completed on time, within budget, and in an extremely professional manner. I love my new bathroom! I cannot wait to start my next project with Concept ... my backyard renovation!

Concept Renovations did excellent work and did it on time and on budget. They're smart and tasteful, have good ideas of their own if you need them, or will faithfully execute yours if you don't. We were gun shy when we first met with them because we'd been burned by a previous contractor, who disappeared whenever a problem arose. These guys were always there for us and great with communication. Whether it was making sure the place was clean (we have a four-year old and were concerned about the dust) or respecting our need to follow a tight schedule. Best of all we have a spectacular new kitchen . Can't say enough good things about them.. Thanks guys!

They were unethical. The licensee had a CA license for "painting" but they presented themselves as a General manger/Contractor. Then they hired people WITHOUT license to work on my projThey were penalized (Joe Ject. I filed a complaint with the CA License Board (CSLB). .) and put them on prohibition.
