They were expensive because we had a big job, but they did a good job. We liked the previous person that came out who I got from a relative, but he retired and they didn't tell us ahead of time. We knew he retired and they sent a new guy. He was good too, so all I can say is that they do a good job and that's with the previous person or with the current person. Everything works. I think he put in a new water main or fixture or something which was a big job, but he at least didn't dig up the yard which was good. I don't know if the price was competitive. It seemed like a lot, but on the other hand he did a big job and saved us from having to have things dug up, so no pneumatic drill and all that.

The owner, Jeffrey, came out a gave me a quote. We talked about some different options and then we settled on what we were going to do. The crew arrived on time and completed the job in the amount of time stated. They were very neat and clean and the end result was excellent.

IT'S PRETTY GOOD TO WHERE I WOULD CALL THEM BACK AGAIN. I THOUGHT THEY WERE TRUSTWORTHY BECAUSE THEY DID THE WORK THAT WAS NEEDED, AND THEY DID THE JOB. THEY GOT THE JOB DONE. THEY WERE GOOD. I WOULD SAY THEY WERE FAIRLY RESPONSIVE. THE QUALITY OF WORK WAS GOOD. THE PRICE WAS COMPARABLE TO OTHER PLACES.
