+ -1 moreVERY POLITE MAN. HE CAME AND ASKED WHAT HAD HAPPENED. ASKED ME THE MOST RECENT WEB SITES I HAD BEEN TO. HE WAS VERY NICE AND TOLD ME SOME WAYS TO PREVENT IT.
Description of Work: I HAD GOTTEN A VIRUS AND TOTALLY CRASHED MY HARD DRIVE. AND ALL MY FILES AND THINGS THAT I HAD SAVED ON MY COMPUTER WERE GONE. THE REPAIR GUY CAME, OBSERVED IT, TOOK SOMETHING OUT OF THE MOTHERBOARD, PUT SOME NEW THINGS IN, AND HOOKED IT UP.
