I was extremely pleased with them. I worked with them for a long time. They gave me an astronomical amount; I kept saying that I just couldn't do it on that. So I got a better deal. The price was on the high side. They did an excellent job. I would tell others that they can expect the owner of the company to come out and check everything. I would also tell them that if they are not pleased, they should keep calling and find out what’s going to their best rate. There were some things to me that were not perfection and they came back and redid a portion of it. The owner of the company came out and he kept on anything that I wasn’t happy with. I was very pleased with it. I would definitely recommend them. I would use them again in the future.

He was fantastic. He enclosed the area and put a canopy over the area. I had him put a clear plastic roof and designed it with a glass wall only half way up. I had a roll down awning on the two open sides. I would highly recommend him. I have high standards and he managed to exceed my expectations with his knowledgability.

They replaced my old patio cover with a new aluminum combination of insulated and lattice.  The new cover is 52 ft x 13.5 ft. The middle 32 ft is insulated with two skylights.  I'm extremely happy with the results. 

Everything was handled very professionally, including showing up on time for appointments, no surprises during the project and getting everything cleaned up after the project was complete. The few problems I did notice after completion were resolved withing two days. 

Now, when the blazing summer heat starts, I have a great shady place for reading & relaxing. 

The salesman was courteous and honest.  He did not try to pressure me by offering a discount if I signed up immediately. The installation crew showed up on time and knew what they were doing.  The job was completed on time and they cleaned up when they were finished.  Very happy with their work.

The beginning of this experience was good overall. I met with the company representative and discussed all of the possibilities for upgrading the existing room. The end result was that the room needed to be replaced. I met with representative at the manufacturer and looked at showroom examples. The representative even suggested several sources for financing this project. Everything up to the start of the project went well. The start of the project was the beginning of the descent into a bad situation. This started in November 2006 and the time frame estimated the end of November. It not only went into December but it may have been into 2007. My plans stated that the doors were supposed to open in, but the doors were put on incorrectly. Eventually the doors were corrected but not without conflicts with the workers, the sales representative, and eventually the president of the company resolving it. The existing slab and new slab are uneven, tiles on the existing floor were damaged.

IT WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE. THEY WERE VERY GOOD. THEY DID WHAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD DO AND THEY DID IT IN THE TIME FRAME THEY SAID THEY WOULD DO IT IN. THEY FOLLOWED UP ON EVERYTHING. IT WAS VERY GOOD.
