Because and quot;Bubblesand quot; has high ratings on Angie's list, I made an appointment to have my two dogs groomed at the one on Ventura Blvd. in Encino. When I was not asked for proof of vaccination papers, I left immediately. This establishment may deserve high ratings for grooming, but their job, first and foremost, is to not endanger the health of the pets they groom.

The Whole place is set up for easy access. You may park in the back and enter the shop easily. The owners are very friendly and are happy to help you with anything you need. It only took about 35 minutes to bath, brush and dry my dog. I will do a more detailed bath next time but my dog was a little stress out and I didn't want to over due it on the first time out. He left very happy.
If you are using their groomers, it is best to make an appointment. If you are using the self wash stations you can do a walk in with no appointment.
