It all started with a major leak in a bathroom which made us realize it might be time to remodel. Finding the right contractor was a scary thought but Eli and his team at Arrowhead were the best. Eli uses very few subcontractors, most of his employees are his own so we found that to be a huge plus. His prices were fair and he stands 100% behind his work. If there is a "bump in the road", Eli was quick to fix it. One bathroom remodel lead to a full re-piping of the house which lead to a full master bathroom remodel. Why stop there? We also have a fantastic new kitchen and new landscaping in our front yard. I would give Arrowhead, Eli and his team an A+ rating!

Arrowhead is a wonderful business to work with. Eli was referred to us by a friend and we were not disappointed . The people that did the work were wonderful ,can't say enough about the there attitude and workmans ship. Arrowhead Remodeling & Design came highly recommended for a rebuild of our closet after significant water damage. Our HOA was hesitant to take on Arrowhead as their pricing was higher than another bid they received. It was worth every penny as the owner Eli went out of his way to make sure that our closet was drywall, drywall surface and flooring was as close to or better than the original. All of the workers that Arrowhead used were highly professional and respective of our space. My wife is adamant about not wearing shoes in our household. They went out of their way to cover the walkway and clean up after every visit. I cannot say the same about some of the vendors our HOA has used. Eli was with us every step of the way. He uses his expansive knowledge, attention to detail, and the hiring of craftsmen to deliver an exceptional product. The quality of the final work was outstanding. Eli went out of his way to find a flooring that matched the original. Of all the work, this was probably the most daunting. After the completion of this project, we immediately hired Arrowhead for additional projects around our place. I highly recommend Arrowhead if you want attention to detail for a quality and lasting project that you can be proud of.

This company has been really helpful during our house remodeling. Our full house remodel was completed quickly and thoroughly. Already referred them to my neighbors who are in the demand for remodeling.

Arrowhead Remodeling & Design/Eli remodeled my home in 2017. I regret ever doing business with this company. I have listed what has happened since my remodel. * A few days ago the lights in my house were flickering. I checked each room and they were all wildly flickering. When I went outside to the electrical box, I could hear sounds from the wires where the weatherhead was. It sounded like a hot wire. I completely shut off the power and called Edison. I was told since it was an emergency that they would have someone out that night, but didn’t have an ETA. Edison came within the hour. (This was 10pm) The Edison guy said the electrical wires were not properly installed, and there was never a permit, nor inspection done for the electrical box. Before Edison came out, there was wire wrapped around, like a lasso and hung by the weatherhead pole. After Edison fixed it, the wires ran freely without excess like the ‘lasso’. This took Edison 20 minutes to correctly connect the wires. I was informed by Edison I needed an inspection from Edison and my city development department for my electrical box. This should have been done by Eli as it was written in my contract and paid for but never done. I should also add all the signed approved permits were kept by Eli and never forwarded to me. I am now in the process of getting inspections and permits. This was a frightening night, as I never experienced anything like this. I was afraid of an electrical fire, or any live wires that might come down. * When I was having my roof done, I was told the bathroom vent was never connected. So when I turned on the bathroom vent, the air was going into my attic instead of outside through the roof. Eli’s team did not follow through with their work. * I had to replace my porch light and found the unit wasn’t attached securely and loose wires were just stuffed in sloppily. * After the heavy rains, 2 of my windows were leaking water inside. I knew these were the windows that didn’t pass inspection because of the code violation in the size. When the windows were replaced no weatherproof seal was use for either window which caused water coming in. * When plumbing was done from the washer in the garage to the water heater, which is outside next to my house, the plumber left an opening to my house basement. An animal even made their home underneath my house. This was so unacceptable. * The paint trim on the garage was chipping the second year after the remodeling. I guess Eli used the cheapest paint possible. * The master closet bar was not space properly. If you hang clothes, they hit the inside of the closet wall and doesn’t hang straight. * The shower tiles are cracked. Don’t know why this is happening. Some tiles are peeling. I’m in the process of fixing this too. I don’t know later on what other surprises I might encounter. I am in the process of looking into what my legal options are. The electrical scare was the last straw. This whole experience has been a bad nightmare.

Eli and his team completed a big project for us a few years ago and they did such an excellent job that we always recommend them to all our friends. Recently, our family friend needed to make some aging-in-place adjustments to her bathroom as she's been getting physically weaker. It was a relatively small job but very important that it get done properly, for her safety. Since I trust Eli's crew, I could not have imagined recommending anyone else for the job. Our friend was very happy with their work and we were so grateful they could accommodate our request so quickly. Our friend said she would definitely hire his company for more work in the future.

We did our homework and got three quotes from different Contractors, but after meeting Eli we agreed that he seemed to be the most honest/straight forward person and we were not wrong. Our complete bathroom remodels went according to schedule, the quality was excellent and we could not be happier with the process and end result. His whole team was excellent and professional. We hope we can hire Arrowhead again in the near future.

Eli and team were wonderful to work with. We did a foundation up bathroom renovation, living room & fireplace remodel, closet storage system and new wood floors throughout our home. Arrowhead Remodeling just recently retiled my guest bathroom and installed new wood floors in my condo. I could not have been more pleased. Arrowhead Remodeling did an incredible job. Both jobs were completed ahead of schedule and working with the subcontractors was a pleasure. The subcontractors were very friendly and extremely talented. I truly believe that these guys were very experienced artists. The bathroom tile looks incredible and the wood flooring is wonderful. The attention to detail was nothing short of incredible. I also appreciated that my contractor, Eli, stopped in every day to see how the work was going. Eli was very nice to work with and addressed all my concerns and questions to my complete satisfaction and the cost of the work was actually less than expected. Needless to say, I am totally pleased with Arrowhead Remodeling and give them my highest recommendation.

Arrowhead did a series of large remodels for me: Roof, exterior walls, doors, windows, painting etc. They are very responsive and do a really professional job. Eli really listens and is willing to make changes when asked. They got the job done. Designer has great eye for color.

I am so glad that we hired Arrowhead Remodeling. They delivered even more than they promised. They are a company that has integrity. They want to make sure that the final product is of high quality. They did a big remodel of our condo. We loved their work and price so we kept adding on more and more. Each time they gave us a great price. They did it in the time frame in which they promised. The work was of high quality even when you looked up very close. The materials were of high quality. The work men were very kind and helpful. If they said they would be there at a certain time they arrived at that time. I recommended them to others who were then happy as well. I hired them since them for other jobs. This is a long over due review. We went with Arrowhead after getting quotes from multiple companies. David was our general contractor and he and his crew far exceeded our expectations. He was upfront and honest from day one. He communicated with us daily and made sure the work was done right and efficiently. He also gave us great recommendations for material vendors. We had 2 bathrooms remodeled, added a laundry room, new roof, new electrical, and new floors. David made the process relatively smooth, even when issues came up. We are so glad we went with Arrowhead. Thank you to David and his crew for your professionalism and honesty.

Arrowhead is a great, reliable and trustworthy company to work with. They are brass tacks and no messing around. They also work with a good crew of trustworthy and very likeable people. We started with a bathroom remodel in May of 2018 and because we loved it so much we ended up using them again for a total house refurbishment, exterior and interior which started in October 2018 and officially ended this summer. David Mizrahi was our project manager who we could reach out to for any questions and guidance on our projects. He was always quick to respond and offered the best advice. I appreciated all his house visits during the work. He made sure progress was being made and keeping on schedule. As with any house project, there were a few bumps along the way, but all were handled and resolved quickly and fairly. Because of the relationship we have built up with David, I am now able to call him with something as minor as a stuck bedroom door to today, moving our washer and dryer outside to garage. Arrowhead will now always be our first call with any future house projects.

I can't speak highly enough of Eli and his company. He listened, he gave tactful advice, he kept us informed at each step of the way. His attention to detail and customer service is outstanding! His crew- Rene & George- were always on time, always respectful, kept us informed, worked hard, did a great job & cleaned up after themselves. We had minor issues with two of Arrowhead's outside contractors- Eli solved the problems immediately. We have lived in this house for 36 years and have a bucketful of horror stories of contractors - seen it all. It has taken all those bad experiences to know just how amazing and rare Eli's work ethic is.

The team is just completing bathroom number 1 and will be moving to bathroom number 2 next week. They moved quickly, efficiently and seem to have done everything we asked for on the first project keeping us advised through the phone and photos. We live long distance and the home is a rental. So far we are extremely happy.

After interviewing seven different contractors for a master bathroom remodel, I chose Arrowhead. David and Barak came out for the initial bid and I felt comfortable right away, especially when David offered some suggestions that I hadn't thought about, based on my goals. When I asked if I could incentivize them with a "bonus" if the job was done on time, they said their incentive would be for me to give them the second bathroom remodel. Well, it’s been six months but Arrowhead has handled everything I wanted to be done through the entire house- new floors, remove popcorn ceiling and asbestos, two bathrooms, retiled a fireplace, removed wallpaper and wood paneling and repainted every room! Their crew was trustworthy, thorough, cleaned up after themselves, did beautiful paint and tile work. Barak, the project manager, came by most days to check on progress and I felt comfortable enough to leave them alone in the house. I highly recommend Arrowhead! It’s a great family run business.

We had the whole house painted inside,all the drywall inside textured, removed the carpeting, had wood flooring installed, replaced and installed 2 sliding glass doors and a front door. We were a little disappointed at the beginning of the painting, but they were quite willing to do whatever was needed to make us happy. Outside, we had some stucco repaired and replaced. They did a very nice job and also got rid of some large trash for us. They gave us some good ideas on lighting inside and some ideas about the exterior trim that we didn't think of but we really liked the outcome. They have done a very nice job and we are very pleased with the finished house!

My husband and I are very happy and satisfied with the work that was done in our home. We had a small project that needed to be done soon. Our home needed dry wall and insulation to be installed. This was the best remodeling project we have ever done. They did what was on the contract. The project manager by the name of Shay was wonderful. He explained everything and went out of his way to help us pick out everything we needed because we had no Idea what to do or where to start. He made sure everything went smoothly. They also made sure to keep the house protected and cleaned up when the were finished. Again Shay made sure the whole thing went as it should. The bathroom turn out beautiful. I have and will recommend this company to a friend.
