Alex and Ilya most recently updated a single unit apartment for us (wiring, flooring, kitchen replacement, bathroom upgrade, foundation repair etc), but 2 years prior re-built a 7 unit apartment building from the ground up. They rebuilt everything from the foundation to the roof.
Comments:
They are creative problem solvers and provide options geared to what you want/need/and are willing to spend. Alex is an engineer by training and that is invaluable in projects that are large or small. Their crew is meticulous and very detailed oriented (even when it doesn't show.) Job site was always very clean. Be sure to communicate goals, expectations and your understanding (or lack of same) so everyone is on the same page. We have been consistently pleased with the results.
