After an experience with a different company that gave me a five hour window and was still late, I was pleasantly surprised when Ron showed up early. He took the time to correctly diagnose my washing machine even though it meant he had to wait patiently through most of a cycle before the problem became evident. He ordered the necessary parts and returned as promised to complete the job.
(The cost for the work was a $25 service charge as I have a warranty on the machine. I let the insurance company know that the first company they sent out was unacceptable for several reasons.)
