Voit Windows

MIke did a great job cleaning the house windows. He was efficient and thorough, finishing more quickly than I had envisioned. He is very reasonably priced. I will definitely have him return whenever I need the windows washed. Highly recommend him.

Mike cleaned the windows of my 2 story house and I am thrilled with the results.  He responded quickly, arrived on time and worked diligently and efficiently with minimal disruption  to me (I have a home based business).  In addition,  I wanted  tint removed from my kitchen window, which is a pain to do, and Mike did a wonderful job.

Michael was very flexible in scheduling the time for the appointment. He arrived promptly and did a very good job cleaning the windows. He took meticulous care during the cleaning and even went back over some spots that he wasn't satisfied with. He didn't rush through the job. His price was very fair as our windows hadn't been cleaned in a long time. This was the first time we have used Voit Windows. Based on this experience we will only call Michael again!

Great experience from start to finish.  Mike is meticulous, returns your calls with in a few hours and always shows up on time.  Our home is large and takes him a day and half to do, I just don't think that there's anyone better than Mike !

Mike returned my call right away and we made an appointment. He was on time, professional, helpful, and went above and beyond my expectations.  He was extremely gentle with my furnishings and was grateful for the small tip I gave him: so much so that he insisted on doing my 3-car garage windows (inside and out) before he left. While up on his ladder, he even removed some christmas lights from the high eaves that my husband couldn't reach (yes, in October!).  Do not hesitate to call him.

I first called Voit Windows and made an appointment.  Mike was on time and immediately started   on the outside.  When he came inside, he took off his shoes without me having to ask.  Mike was very neat and left my house and windows in perfect condition. I was extremely pleased!

He cleaned upstairs windows that were hard to reach for us. He was willing to come out realizing that it was a small job. He even came back a second time because it was drizzling when he got there the first time. He was prompt, courteous, professional. Will definitely recommend him to others.

Wonderful experience. Michael (and his brother) showed up on time, they were very polite and courteous. I have a lot of windows so they spent two days cleaning. They did the inside one day and came back the next to finish the outside. I will definitely use him again. On a side note, I gave him a sleeper sofa we were getting rid of and when he got home, he realized that my cat was stuck inside the sofa. He called me immediately and made sure she was safe until I could get to his house to pick her up. I would definitely recommend him to my friends.

He was prompt, very polite, very considerate, took his shoes off before coming inside every time he went in and out, was positive and didn't complain a bit about the fact that he had to park on the street and carry all his ladders and buckets a long way through the complex to the condo. He cleaned our huge windows and our high-up, hard-to-reach windows well. He also wrestled patiently with our heavy blinds that don't operate well in order to clean the windows underneath. No drips, no spills, and the windows are now very clean. He only charged $6 a window. We had ten windows, but our windows are so large and difficult, and he worked for three hours, so we tried to give him $100, but he would only take $80. We will definitely have him back and recommend him to the other owners in the condo complex.

Michael arrived on time; I asked him to some additional cleaning and changing of flood lights for high recessed lighting; he performed the extra tasks without hesitation and did not ask for additional charge; he was a nice person; we gave him a generous tip for all he had done

It went very well. Mike Voit came on time and went right to work after I gave an okay to his cost estimate. He cleaned the inside of the windows and the window sills first which took quite a few hours so he decided to come back in a couple of days to do the outside. He came back as scheduled and finished the job. He was careful while working inside to remove his shoes and he also cleaned the mirrors that he found around the home. He also cleaned the screens. Everything looked lovely when he was done. He charged $6 a window.

Great! Michael was right on time and worked quietly and efficiently. He did a great job both outside and inside, where he was very neat and left no mess. He also helped replace special bolts in the window screens. He was pleasant to have around. I found him through Angie's List and would definitely hire him again for all our window cleaning.

Perfect experience. Michael showed up on time and was thorough, professional and careful to clean up after himself. He removed his shoes while working indoors (which I appreciated greatly) and offered to clean our mirrors at no additional cost, plus he gave me an approximate 20% discount off his per window quoted cost for being a first time customer.

Mike Voit provided a free estimate before hand and showed up timely on Saturday morning. He brought his own ladder and it was fine for cleaning the outside as I live on the 2nd floor. He cleaned the sills and was very neat leaving no drips on the inside and the sills were cleaned along with the screens. He worked very hard on the french doors and windows.

THIS IS THE 2ND TIME I HAVE HAD MICHAEL CLEAN OUR WINDOWS. HE DOES A GREAT JOB, IS ON TIME, DOESN'T LEAVE A MESS,AND IS POLITE. IT TOOK HIM 3 HOURS TO DO THE WINDOWS. THE COST IS BASED ON A CHARGE PER WINDOW AND HE WILL GIVE FREE ESTIMATES. I HAD GOTTEN HIS NAME FROM SEVERAL PEOPLE IN OUR NEIGHBORHOOD THAT HAVE USED HIM.
