The pond guys arrived on time and emptied the pond taking care not to harm our fish. After the water was drained and the fish removed they scrubbed and inspected the liner. They explained how we could keep our pond cleaner and clearer and since the pond, fish and a variety of supplies were included in the purchase of our home they also gave me a quick lesson on which supplies to use. The customer service was superb!

Rob was punctual, knowledgeable and fast. He was able to scope out the plumbing design of a 20 year old pond with no problem. He says his company specializes in Koi ponds but works on all kinds. We are glad they do. We would certainly hire them again.
