They were very responsive and made special effort to get the apartment measured and the product ordered so that I could get my tenant moved back into the apartment after water damage. Additionally, Cheryl made preliminary selections of carpets comparable to the carpet damaged so that my final selection was expedited. Cheryl, also, made some excellent recommendations for other services that I needed in relation to the water damage and coordinated with them to get the job done in a timely manner.

Everyone involved was very professional, helpful and responsive. The installer (Henry) and his crew encountered very uneven sub-flooring which required additional time to level but they worked overtime in order to meet the agreed-to finish date. The installers cleaned as they went and kept dust to a minimum. They even helped us discard some furniture we no longer wanted which was not part of their responsibility. The sales person (Leslie) was very knowledgeable and helpful in making a product selection. Our elderly mother was making the selection and due to an illness could not spend much time searching through samples. Leslie pulled samples based on our input and had everything ready to show which made the selection process go very quickly and efficiently. We have used Superior Floor Designs before and will use them the next time we have a need. They have always done an excellent job for us on two homes.

I was told they were good cabinets. For the money I paid I thought the design/construction of the cabinetry itself was terrible. I would never again order that type of cabinet. For the price I paid I could have gone completely custom, got what I thought I was getting and at a lower price. The designer did a fair job but the cabinets that were recommended did not hold up to the high standard they were given. ie: I was told I couldn't have a standard cabinet in Bathrooms so they are the high cabinets - which are becoming outdated and then there is one low cabinet in kitchen!

The team at superior floor supported me from start to finish on getting the right tilefor my kitchen. They treated me as family and not just a number. I will be using them in the future!! Thank you for the great service!!

The quality is good.  I asked them about the material they used on the stairs but they did not respond.

They did a great job. From the removal of old flooring and carpeting, to the finishing touches of baseboards and cleanup, we had no problems at all. The workmen showed up when expected, cleaned each day before they left. The installers were highly skilled and took great care in the layout and at all the edges. We would not hesitate to use them again or to recommend them to others.

Superior flooring was superior, from providing advice and assistance in the selection of the engineered maple flooring, to the prompt site visit and quotation, through the final installation. Their people were knowledgeable, friendly, and professional and fully met our expectations.

It is a family owned business that is excellent to work with. They always provide excellent quality and workmanship. They go the extra mile and stand behind their work. I have not experienced any problems while working with them. I would definitely recommend them to others.

When we bought carpet 2 years ago for our home I shopped everywhere.  I went with Superior due to their business model of a long time, family run, local small business.  It didn't hurt that their price for the same carpet was less than Coles!  When we needed carpet for our rental (Solana Beach) they were our first choice.  We compared their offer to one from 6 years ago from Home Depot and found their measurement of needed carpet to be significantly LESS than what we had previously purchased.  Honest, reliable and responsive.  I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Amazing job!  They are real pros.  I checked out several contractos and flooring companies and nobody came close to the level of service, quality and professionalism.  The floors created a whole new look and feel to the house.  The team was amazing - i found them dusting my cabinets after they finished sanding one afternoon!!!  Perfectly done job.  Hire them and you'll love the results - I mean it's your home - decide carefully and go with the best - Superior.  Great experience!

Mr. Garcia helped us choose exactly what we wanted.  He was knowledgeable and helped us navigate through different floor types.   Installers were craftsmen and experienced.  They were respectful of our home and did a wonderful job.   In the future, I will go to this company first when the need arises.
