He is able to visualize the whole job and articulate what he recommends in terms of layout so you don't have any surprises. He also pays attention to the details which is a rare quality.
In the prep phase, Andy went above and beyond to build a solid foundation before laying the tile. In our case, actually repairing some work done by another contractor before we moved into our home. This was very much appreciated.
In addition, my husband and I both work full time and felt extremely comfortable leaving Andy access to our home to work so we did not have to be home.
We are very pleased with the final result!
