I SPOKE WITH BILL OVER THE PHONE AND TOLD HIM WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR AND HE GOT BACK THAT SOME DAY WITH THE VARIOUS RATES. HE THEN CAME TO MY HOME TO DELIVER THE PHONES AND HAVE ME SIGN ALL THE PAPERS, WHICH WAS VERY CONVENIENT.
