I bought my 1st STUNNING High technology garage door from San Diego Door Pros and have been extremely satisfied since then. A year later my garage door needed maintenance because I totally forgot to keep up with the upkeep. So, today, Andy, service technician, came to my residence and did a wonderful maintenance job for several reasons. First, his awesome customer service was on on point, friendly, relax, and easy to talk to which made a big difference when learning about the maintenance of my garage door. Secondly, I like that he is knowledgeable, skilled, and educated. Third, he took the time to teach me how to care for my garage door and what to look for to prevent further issues. Fourth, It shows how passionate he is about his job and how well executed the job today. All in all, Andy made my day by doing a great job with servicing my garage door and couldn't ask for anyone else to do this technical job! Thank you, Andy!!!!!!!!!!

Such great service! Needed light maintenance for my noisy garage. I was able to get a same day appointment. Booking the appointment to meeting the guy at my house went exactly like they said in the time frame they stated. Daniel provided the service, was very friendly and professional and had the job done in no time. Highly recommend this company and will definitely call them again for all future needs.

Andy came out to look at my garage door which was completely out of alignment and wouldn't close. He gave me a call 30 minutes before he arrived and was right on time. Very friendly and personable! He assessed the problem and said he could fix it right then. He had the garage door working perfectly in less than an hour! He also tighten all the bolts and lubed the hinges and springs. The service was only $159 which I thought was very reasonable. I had called another company earlier who quoted me $1,000 telling me I had to replace the garage door opener with a new one in order to fix the problem. The garage door opener did not have to be replaced! Very pleased with the work Andy did and would highly recommend San Diego Door Pros!

I had a spring break and cables disconnect on my garage door. The breakage even bent my door at the top where the opener kept pulling after the break. I was told when I made the appointment that 75% of these issues can be fixed. Andy came out and said he could reinforce the bent door with a rail and bigger bracket, but didn't guarantee the gap from it being bent could be fixed (made sense). Within an hour, he had completely fixed the bent door including the gap at the top was GONE and no longer bent. He also did a tune up on my other door. He explained everything he was going to do and showed me how to lube the doors with what and when. He was amazingly fast. Excellent job!

Andy Perez arrived on time as expected and was personable, knowledgeable and clean. He replaced the springs in about 35 minutes. He then sprayed lubricant on the springs and mechanism and explained how to maintain the springs and joints in good working order. Andy has worked this job for 15 years and knows his stuff. I was very pleased with him and SD Door Pros. He accepted my Angies List coupon for $25 off on spring replacement.

It went quite well. He knows what he's doing explained everything to me. They have a fair price.

Andy came out to give me an estimate. He was very nice and professional. I really appreciated not being pressured into buying something that I did not want.

Work was on time, got to work promptly and finished work quickly. And as a result of the repaired spring, my electronic door opener remote controls, which had been malfunctioning, are now working perfectly.

Andy was able to come out the same day. He arrived on time, was polite, very skilled and efficient. He had the parts on hand. He replaced both springs. He then spent some additional time to carefully lubricate all moving parts,. Next, he tested it a few times and tightened a few loose screws. He was able to decrease the noise of operating the garage door by about 20 dB. Huge difference! Would definitely hire again.

It went extremely well! Andy arrived promptly on time, and he was extremely courteous and efficient. He gave me the listed Angie's price for replacing both springs and negotiated a good price for replacing all the rollers with vinyl rollers, and tuning up the garage door. He then took the time to show me how to properly lubricate the door. I will use San Diego Door Pros in the future, and highly recommend Andy.

I use San Diego Door Pros for garage door service.  They were here in January of 2017.  I think it was $125 or something like that.  I would definitely use them again.  There was just one worker who came to do the work.  It took less than an hour to do the work.  He knew his business, that's all I can tell you.
