 + -1 moreHe came to house and gave an estimate for time and matereals. The price was much lower than two others. He was on time and went right to work. Took measurments purchased needed materals with no money up front. Compled the job on schedule. Work site was left clean.
Description of Work: Mr. Joel Dilley a licensed contractor, installed insulation, and drywall on ceiling in remodeled day room.
