Terrible experience. The bed I ordered was a month late and the communication was the worst I've ever experienced. The company made minimal effort to keep me up to date with a time line of when the product would be finished and then when it FINALLY arrived they forgot the brackets, promising that they would come back to reinstall. Buyer beware! I purchased a coffee table with a credit card at the end of September and was told it would be ready in a couple weeks. When that time came, I emailed and he responded with it was not ready but would deliver (for free now) when I got back from vacation in a few weeks, and that was the last I heard of him. I proceeded to send numerous emails to both his Etsy account and gmail account as well as made several phone calls (which no one has EVER answered the phone in a month) and he has never responded. I was unable to leave a review on Etsy because I didn't buy through them and his .com address automatically goes to his Etsy account. I was able to contact several others of whom have the same story and never received their product. He even takes you to a neighbors house (friend of his) that has a kitchen, coffee, and side table so you really think it is legit. The others I have spoke to also got the run around, several deliver dates that were never completed, as well as ignored phone calls/emails. Luckily, I paid by credit card so I was covered and was able to get my money back, however, we all end up paying for this type of fraud in the long run. I was wondering why I never saw any good reviews of what seemed like such beautiful furniture. I want to make sure no one else has to go through this. I would recommend if you still choose to buy from them that you not pay until you receive your product. Etsy has deleted their account as of now due to complaints. I filed with BBB and the business never responded. Do not pay until product is received!!!
