Premier Retractable Screens / Rick Inouye has installed two retractable screen doors at our home. We did the first one in summer 2018 and liked it so much we had Rick install a second one we ordered last fall. High quality products at a fair price. Both of our doors had "quirks" that Rick worked around for us that resulted in excellent results. His knowledge of these products is outstanding. This is important because to operate smoothly they need to be carefully ordered for manufacture and then installed square and flat. Rick is careful, courteous and professional. Particularly he put extra effort in that made our result outstanding, we are difficult to please and he did great. We are a very happy customer :-)

Excellent job. The installer (Rick) was very detailed oriented but efficient. He was also very personable and took time to explain exactly how to operate and maintain the retractable screens he installed. The retractable screens are exactly how I expected them.

I contacted the company, they gave me a price and we setup a date within the week. The installer arrived on time and installed the screens in a very professional manner. The screens were made to fit at our residence and look terrific.
