In order to dry the interior of the walls there needed to be some removal of the wall and the use of fans and humidifiers. I had concerns about exposure to asbestos from the materials in our wall. Bryan listened carefully to my concerns and addressed them.
We received an estimate from another restoration company for $1,000 more. The other company felt the need to do extensive removal of the wall. Bryan suggested only drilling holes in the wall instead of extensive removal. His suggestion worked.
I received another estimate of $750 for 3 days with the use of fans and humidifiers. Pacific Flood Restoration did the job in 2 days with a lower cost.
