Joe was extremely responsive and professional. He also has a fabulous attitude about life, very positive. He gave me a quote over the phone and honored the pricing. He arrived on time for the appointment and was finished in the timeframe that he gave me. The couch and chair look great. I would definitely use this company again.

I called this company because I got their ad in the mail with some very reasonable prices. Joe answered the phone and was very helpful with advice about how much could be done in one visit. He said that the pricing could be improved if I had all the work done at once, so I booked the next available Saturday morning with him, to start between 8:30-9 AM.
Joe called ahead and arrived at 8:30 AM. He walked through the house to make sure he knew exactly what I wanted cleaned and what furniture to move. He was able to accommodate the cleaning of the extra and quot;newand quot; used sofa that I had purchased that week, plus the synthetic rug that another carpet cleaner had said was not worth enough to merit cleaning. Joe said he could add this area rug to clean for $20, so I said of course I wanted it cleaned.
Joe got right to work cleaning and moving furniture. He cleaned the upstairs carpets first, then the area rugs so these could dry outside. Everything came out really nice and clean, and Joe even left me the 4 moving coasters under the kitchen table at no charge, so that I could move the table back onto the area rug when it was dry. He finished all the cleaning in 3 hours.
The entire bill for all these items was under $250. I could not have even gotten the braided area rug cleaned for this amount from the name brand carpet cleaners that came to estimate my job, even with their famous 40% off discounts.

This company was easy to deal with. They were punctual, efficient, and polite. The carpets look great. I had a coupon but didn't need it. The pricing is fair.

The carpet cleaners called to ask if they could arrive early. They asked me to show them the area that needed to be cleaned and which furniture needed to be moved. They did a thorough job, getting out some stains that a previous carpet cleaner had not been able to remove, and their price was reasonable. They said for future calls they would quote me the coupon price even if I didn't have a coupon.

We are a multi-pet household and they did an outstanding job. There was no upsell, they were on time, fast, efficient. Highly recommend! Moved furniture, cushions and caused minimal disruption. The sectional was wet and dried quickly.
