I'm very happy with Moss Window Replacement.  Their estimate for the replacement of all windows and patio door was the lowest of several. They arrived on time, were efficient and professional, and did one of the best cleanup jobs.  They even went the extra mile by doing extra caulking, leveling out stubborn stucco and even helped us rehang our blinds.  I expected a stressful day and they made it relatively painless.  I highly recommend this company.

Mike spent all the time we needed to discuss the best vinyl window options and made great recommendations as to which way new sliders should open. The job was done in 1.5 days and the crew was very clean and organized.

I had 3 other wondow companies come out for estimates, but I actually enjoyed the experience with Mike Macia, owner, and the installers, Craig (owners brother) and Nick. Mike showed up right on time for the initial visit and explained what type of window coating was needed to qualify for the new Obama tax credit. Simonton had an free offer in the month that I was looking for an upgraded low-e coating. The windows were supposed to have been ordered and installed in that month in order to qualify, but he was able to get the offer extend it for me since I had to have some other exterior work around the windows done before installation. Then, when the exterior work wasn't done on time, he was flexible enough to come out and do all the other windows and come back for the remaining 2. He and the installers were professional and friendly and did a fantastic job of cleaning up.
