Greg came out and surveyed all our door locks, and provided options for adding secondary deadbolts. He ordered the hardware, and then returned and added secondary deadbolts to all five at-risk doors. Nicely done, looks good. Greg is easy-going but very professional and knowledgeable.

I called Greg and described the problems I was having with two door locks. From my description, he diagnosed the problem and the parts he would need. He also had me send him photos of the locks via email so he could verify the brand and type of lock. We made an appt for two days later (for my convenience), during which time he picked up the spare parts. He arrived promptly, replaced the broken parts, and adjusted the strike plate and strike box (including doing some additional filing that should have been done by the original installer). At my request, he also checked the other locks in the house, lubricated them, and tightened some up. The service call was $75, labor $55 and parts $29 (the labor and parts were slightly below his phone guesstimate without having seen the locks). We were very pleased with Greg's work and his good nature. We will contact him for any future locksmithing required.
