Description of Work: Jesus is a lovely gentleman and his English is OK. and he is very professional. He painted 2 bathrooms and one bedroom. The bathrooms had some walls that had problems where the plumber cut into them. He textured them before painting and you would never know the problem was there. I wanted new vanity doors in both bathrooms. He contracted them out and then picked them up and painted and put the hinges on them. He also replaced all drawer pulls in both bathrooms. He installed 2 faucets, one in each bathroom. He gave me a quote for the popcorn ceiling which I hope i will be able to have him do next year.. I got more than my money's worth. The other quote was 1/3rd higher and he would not get the doors done.

 + 13 moreWe had purchased Vinyl Plank tile and had it installed. The installer could not cut tile - to finish the flooring. He used hand tools to cut the vinyl to fit. It's beutiful - but we had a hole in front of our fireplace - showing the concrete. Another contractor did not install the baseboards to finish our completely renovated Master Bath. A couple weeks earlier - Jesus saw me working on our front yard, he lives a block over, and was out walking with his wife and daughter. He gave me his business card. We called and he came over to quote the jobs that evening, he did the work the following Monday morning. It was great to get these jobs finished! Quality, timely, professional and great prices! Jesus had the right tools and skills to get us living in our renovated home
Description of Work: 5 Foot wide Porcelin Tile in front of fireplace - layout, cut with table saw, installed with grout in a nice color. Installed base boards in Master Bath - measured, cut 45 degree angles, perfect fit on 6 corners.
