Shannon is great to work with. He did the original installation on my pool pump and the pump needed to have the gaskets replaced. He quoted me a fair price for the work, did the work, and the repair was successful! I highly recommend Hibiscus Pool for my experiences with them and the quality of their work and professional manner in which they provide service!

Shannon was very professional while installing a new pump. We had an issue with some wiring but he returned afterward to fix it. We also have some old equipment and he went out of his way to to repair rather than replace. This saved us a ton of money and hence was the reason for the wiring issue. I would definitely recommend their services without hesitation.

Shannon with Hibiscus Pools provided exceptionally good service in the removal and replacement of my swimming pool heater and filter. He provided informed recommendations on the type and brand of equipment needed and a detailed price for the complete job. Shannon and his staff arrived on time, removed the old equipment, and expertly installed the new heater and filter. Shannon even painted the newly installed plumbing pipes so the pipes would match my existing equipment... unexpected, but greatly appreciated. We were so happy with Hibiscus Pool service, we decided to have our monthly pool maintenance with them.

Apparently due to some issues it took him 3 days to complete the job of installing a spa heater; coming to the job in the late afternoon and running out of daylight. Once done it has been working as designed.

Great customer service!

We needed a pool light replaced and another pool bulb replaced. They did a great job. No problems. Would hire them again for important jobs. Reasonable value. Have had them maintain my pool over the last year. The pool is not in as good shape as it used to be with our old pool guy. Repeatedly, they fail to clean the skimmers/pump filter so the system clogs up.

This shouldn't be a required field.
