THIS IS THE THIRD TIME I HAVE CALLED THEM TO REPLACE A BROKEN WINDOW. I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH BASEBALLS GOING THROUGH MY WINDOWS. HE RETURNS CALLS AND DOES A GOOD JOB ON THE REPAIR. THEY SHOWED UP IN THE WINDOW OF TIME THAT I WAS PROMISED. MY LATEST WINDOW WAS NOT A STANDARD SIZE, SO HE HAD TO CUT THE GLASS OUTSIDE ON HIS PORTABLE WORKBENCH. DID NOT LEAVE ANY MESS. POLITE WORKMEN.
