 + -1 moreI wrote out a card and arranged to have it delivered. My mother lives only a few miles from La Costa Farms. I agreed to next-day delivery. By 3:30 the next afternoon, I was getting concerned, not having heard from my mother. I called La Costa Farms, and the person I spoke to said it would go out with the next group. She was very unhelpful, saying she didn't know why it was going out so late since she'd been on vacation. I thought that since I had ordered the day before, it should have gone out earlier in the day. That being said, my mother says the topiary is gorgeous and fresh. That's the most important part!
Description of Work: I wanted to send my mother a fall flower arrangement. My husband and I stopped by La Costa Florists and picked out a beautiful topiary. The cost was about $40.00. The lady who helped me was not all that helpful, but not to the point where I was offended. The topiary they had on the floor was starting to wilt a bit, and she offered to send that one. I said no, since they couldn't deliver until the next day, I'd like a fresh one.
