I love this store, they are beyond helpful, always courteous and their repair work is consistently excellent.

I went to provider's shop in late morning.  Provider carried vacuum from my auto into his shop.  He listened to my description of the problem with the self-propelled feature on my vacuum.  He inspected the vacuum and showed me what was wrong and what needed repair and what I should replace.  I agreed with his assessment.  He gave me a firm quote for fixing the vacuum.  He said he expected to have the vacuum ready for pick-up later the same day or the next day.  He called later the same day to tell me that the vacuum was ready for pick-up.  i went in the next morning.  He showed me what he had done and I tried the vacuum to see if the self-propelled feature was working properly.  It was.  The bill was for the amount he quoted the prior day.  He carried the vacuum to my car and placed it in the trunk for me.
This was a very efficient transaction.  He knew what he was talking about and delivered on his promise to have the vacuum ready for pick-up the same day.  The price seemed fair and did not change when I picked up the vacuum.

My daughter's sewing machine broke. Tried to fix it ourselves but couldn't. She was right in the middle of a big project and really needed it. So I took it in. Mr. Aquino was so nice. Turned out it was easily fixed and I was on my way in 5 minutes. Didn't even charge me though I insisted. Will most certainly be back. Would highly recommend this place. For your vacuum cleaner too.

I took in my sewing machine and they were able to help me immediately. It was a very tedious job and they were able to fix it in 25 minutes. They were very professional and polite. I would use them again. I would recommend them to anyone else.

The plug on my vacuum broke. I took the vacuum in and it was repaired while I waited. Only took a few minutes. Great service.
