Very professional, prompt and smooth.

This is the 2nd year I've had Steve do my taxes, as they became too complicated for me from an inheritance.  I tend to get high anxiety over taxes anyway, and keep putting it the back burner and procrastinate.  He gave me a nice gentle reminder this year, got me an extension in about 5 minutes.  This allowed me to relax enough to get papers in order and filed on time, since I was unsure if I owed or not.
Last year he took a huge pile of paper work and made sense of it all in a short time and I'm sure saved me a lot of $$  This year he got me a very very nice refund :-) in about 24 hours after I dropped off paperwork.
He's always quick to respond to emails, always so very nice and reassuring, it's like a huge weight is off my shoulders.

I chose Crisler's accounting to complete my 2015 tax's due to some previous CPA's incompetence and/or high costs. I've had previous issues with preparers omitting information, which he said he didn't see, and got me in a little trouble with the IRS, so I was a little skeptical going in to this preparation. However, Crisler's accounting did an exceptional job with completing my tax's accurately and on time. Their costs were reasonable with exceptional quality. The only good thing about tax season - Steve.  Seriously... Due to an inheritance, my taxes were complicated this year.  Turbo Tax was not going to cut it.  It was causing me great anxiety and I procrastinated.  At our meeting, Steve was very reassuring and it felt like a huge weight lifted off my shoulders.  One of his reviews stated that he was able to take a pile of paperwork and make sense of it, and I found this to be true.  My inheritance involved cash, stocks, mutual funds and IRA disbursements which I found very confusing.  He made sense of it all, and saved me a great deal of money.  Well worth the cost of service, and he had my taxes done in just about 24 hours.  We were able to conclude them via email and e-filing.
