We removed and installed brand new carpet on our entire 2nd floor. The new carpet looks beautiful and feels soft and warm. We are very satisfied.
I really like their business model: They have price per sqft clearly marked on all the samples, and the price including labor, material, carpet pad, tax, etc, so the quoted price is really the price you pay, nothing else. We've visited so many carpet stores, and except for Lowe's, you need to ask the sales person for a price, then maybe negotiate for a discount, and then add in all the additional charges, which is hassle-some. And we paid after the installation, nothing upfront; Marty, the store owner, was very friendly and knowledgeable. Finally there's life time warranty on labor.

This is the 3rd time I bought the same carpets from Contract Carpet in 2013. It started with my master bedroom. The 2nd phase was for the stairs, the landing and two upstairs bedrooms. I always like to replace the carpet in my office but had reservation since I have a lot of furniture and file cabinets in the room. Marty, the owner, assured me that they could do it. He even suggested that I move my computer to a more centrally located area in the office. What a brilliant idea! His company made small area rugs from the remnant and Marty personally delivered them to me. I would highly recommend Contract Carpet to anyone interested in new carpets.

The owner, Marty Dixon, and his crew are wonderful. They did an excellent job and are willing to extend extra service without charge. I plan to replace my office carpets in a couple of weeks and will give them business again. Marty gave me a marvelous suggestion of moving my desk from the corner. I just never thought of that for the past 14 years.

They did excellent work and gave me good prices. They are a family-run organization and very professional. This company gave me a turnkey price which included pulling up the old carpet and padding, laying down new padding and carpeting, moving the furniture out of the way and moving the furniture back. They were very open ended about the installation and said if a little wrinkle or bump develops several months or a year or two from now, or if anything else develops, I am to give them a call because they guarantee the carpet for the first several years. Consequently, they will come out and fix anything that is wrong with it; I like having that assurance. Since I was planning to sell the house, I was able to transfer the carpet warranty to the new owner.

Marty came to our house, took measurements, and drew an incredibly precise floorplan on graph paper for the estimate he sent us later that day. Prices were on par with the other quotes we received, but the quality of the carpet at Contract Carpet was much higher. The process of getting the install scheduled was easy and quick, even given the very few possible dates we had to have it done. Installation was done in a day, and the crew was quick, professional and complete. One advantage of going through a small carpet store like Contract instead of Home Depot is that if anything goes wrong or there are issues, you just call Marty and he'll make sure it gets fixed.

We needed to match the existing carpet as closely as possible and Contract Carpet did an excellent job of tracking down a close match. It only took two weeks from the first day I visited the store with a sample of our existing carpet to the day of installation. All of the store employees I dealt with were knowledgeable and professional. The installers were prompt, efficient and did a great clean-up job following installation of the new carpet. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for flooring.

This is the real deal. A family owned and operated company that has been in business for a long time. I've met and delt with the whole family, dad, mom, son1 and son2. All very very nice people. Honest and genuine, but never pushy. They worked with us until we had samples at our house to get the color and finish right. So willing to wait until we were satisified that the material would be just right. Prices were definitely in line with expectations and there were no little extras tacked on when the bill arrived. Just the exact bid.The installers are all employees, mostly with tenure over 10 years. Just super nice, every one of them. I have absolutely no complaints. How nice it is to be able to write a review like this. It's rare.

They were awesome, and their prices were the best. We didn’t pay for any of the services until after it was all done. They said if ever there was a problem they would come back and check on it. I will be calling them as they haven’t done the carpeting right in one area.

The person who came was very responsive and quick. It is difficult to find people like them. The brick pattern was a bit difficult but they did a good job. They were very customer friendly. They were easy to work with and they responded quickly to my concerns.

They did a marvelous job and they are really knowledgeable of the flooring business. They followed through with what I asked for and I did not have to question their judgment. They are really good at what they do.

THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. THIS IS A LOCAL FAMILY-OWNED BUSINESS. THEY LET US TAKE HOME SAMPLES FROM THE STORE WITHOUT EVEN CHECKING THEM OUT. INSTALLATION WAS ON TIME AND QUICK.
