OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS VERY GOOD. THEY ARRIVED ON TIME, AND PERFORMED ALL WORK AS AGREED TO FOR THE PRICE AGREED ON. THE ONLY BLEMISH WAS THAT WE ASKED FOR A SECTION OF THE TRUNK TO BE SAVED AS A SOUVENIR, AND THEY NEGLECTED TO DELIVER IT TO US. UNFORTUNATELY THE TREE WAS DESTROYED, AND THERE WAS NO RECOURSE.
