Description of Work: Was prompt, cautious and professional. My laptop was having malfunctions which he rectified. He was kind enough to come out on the same day I called [which was late in the afternoon] and worked on it here and then took it with him, because it was getting late, so as not to inconvenience me. He brought it back the very next day. The amount spent was appropriate and the problems were addressed.
