This escrow company is EXCEPTIONAL! and incomparable to any other escrow company. Their courtesy, can-do attitude, and the fact they PICK up the telephone and speak with you, instead of the 'hold' and 'let me send you to her/his voicemail' is a breath of thankful fresh air.
Our contact was Yvonne Walton, and even after closing/final settlement, she spoke with us and stated if we had any other questions, to please call her without hesitation. After speaking with her, on numerous occassions before, we know she means what she says.
