We are beyond pleased with Bob's Carpet Care! Not only did they do a marvelous job in cleaning our carpets, their customer service was wonderful as well! They were able to lift tough stains in needed areas; all of our carpet looks beautifully clean and nearly new! The technicians were kind, courteous and helpful. They worked quickly and efficiently- doing an amazing job! In addition, Bob the owner contacted me to go over the work- he kindly also provided me with information on stains, cleaning and how to deal with tough stains that cleaning might not take of. We will definitely use them the next time we need our carpets cleaned! We'll happily refer our family and friends to them as well!

I have used Bob's Carpet Care in Encinitas for years. I had a great carpet cleaner in Orange County and learned a lot about what's important in a carpet cleaner. I was so happy to have found Bob's. They use a soapless cleaner so the carpets stay clean without sticky residue. They also charge by the square foot so none of the bait and switch about paying for a room and then seeing all sorts of upcharges. While it ends up being slightly more expensive than some cheap quotes you'll see from other places, the carpets are so clean and they will guarantee their work. We have several rentals and we tell the tenants that they must use Bob's because we've never found anyone else who did as good a job.

I've used Bob's Carpet Care about once a year since 2001. They've always done a great job at cleaning my carpets and getting out some pretty extreme pet smells. Everyone that works there is super nice and professional. Plus, they're competitively priced and quick. Great company!

Living room, dining room, hallway, office, family room expertly cleaned. Service rep came to house to provide an estimate a week before and worked with me to provide cleaning for major traffic areas instead of the entire area of the rooms because Bob's charges by the square foot. We did not move any of our large furniture pieces in any room. The carpet is clean, fresh and even feels better on bare feet.

Easy and courteous scheduling followed by an email to confirm. Arrived on time, discussed the work to be done. Tom was very accommodating as I did not want the entire sectional, chair, couch and ottoman cleaned. They did an excellent job cleaning those areas that required work and the furniture looks so much better. They estimated the time to complete the job to be 1-1 1/2 hours and they completed the work on time. I will definitely call them again to clean the carpet in my home. Thank you.

Great the carpets looked like new when they were done, and they dried in a couple of hours. Bob and his helper were very professional. I would definatly use them again.

I've used Bobs before, and very impressed with the care they've taken in the past of my wool carpets, and thoroughness. No nasty soap residue, no bad smell when they're gone. This visit is in a different house, and for some reason the cleaner seemed rushed. Also, the phone estimate was way off, so he ended up only cleaning 1/2 of what I needed (but didn't want to pay $700 to clean a carpet that needs to be ripped out). Took less than 30 minutes to clean. On the upside, he did a great job, and carpets were cleaned well, no smell, dried fast. But as far as value, I probably won't use them next time. Adding up yearly cost, would be too much $$

It all went fine. The work wasn't done in my home but at their site. I dropped the carpet off and picked it up when done. Parking is somewhat of an issue since it is in a residential neighborhood. The people were very nice and did a good job cleaning the carpet. Because we were having the floors refinished at the same time, I couldn't put the carpet back down right away so they held it for me at no extra charge until I could put it back in my entryway.

Ryan arrived promptly, measured the areas to be cleaned and gave me a price for the job. He discussed any special areas that concerned me and then got right to work. I was afraid that my family room carpet was going to need to be replaced because of heavy wear and soiling. With some extra elbow grease, Ryan got ALL of my carpet back into really nice condition. The sofa that is used by people and two small pets and came out like new. Based on the wonderful job that Ryan did on my carpet and upholstery I would recommend this company without reservation.

These guys were thorough and careful. They got the tile cleaned up and avoided the baseboards. Friendly, polite, and went the extra mile to guard the floor while it was drying.

They did an excellent job. They were really courteous and helpful They have cleaned our carpets several times. We have dogs and they have been able to get out stains that were more challenging.
