+ 0 moreWe had a room addition completed about 12 years ago with a roof deck off the master bedroom over the new room. Over time the original deck sagged and nails popped up through the decking. I had a very difficult time finding a contractor that would do roofing and a waterproof roof deck. Beach Cities Roofing is a roofing contractor that also does waterproof decks. They came in and did a quick efficient and high quality project. They were very easy to get along with. We are very satisfied with the work.
Description of Work: Remove old roof deck, structurally reinforce roof rafters, install new 3/4-inch decking with glue and screws, install new multi layer Excel Coat Fire System roof deck, repair all stucco, railings, and trim. Provided 5 year warranty.
