Apptek was the stucco subcontractor, during a large remodel project in 2012 that included restuccoing the exterior of your 3,300 sq. ft. home. Apptek was one of the few companies we found that was willing to stucco over our existing wood siding which, although old, was in good condition. That saved us the cost of removing and replacing the siding with new plywood sheeting. Before starting, we were provided with multiple color and texture samples to review; eventually we selected a non-standard color which Apptek matched from paint color card. When work was done, a large number of workers were involved during each phase, so that the number of days of actual work were kept to a minimum. The workmen were all cordial and left minimal mess at the end of each work day. The job foreman, who was extremely cordial and knowledgeable, came daily to inspect and supervise the work and to answer our questions. Prior to application of the final acrylic stucco coat, at our request, he applied several different textures of the color we had selected to a wall of the house, allowing us to approve the final color and texture prior to its application on the entire house. The final result surpassed our expectations and many of our neighbors have commented to us on how good the home looks from the street. The job was completed without any glitches exactly for the contract price -- i.e., our final billing contained none of those aggravating additional charges so commonly encountered with construction work. Because of their professionalism, attention to detail, and high quality of their work -- the first time around -- we are pleased to recommend Apptek without reservation.

Very prompt, professional service

Being an Interior Designer, it was imperative to find a company which understood how to execute a job which meets high standards. Many client come to my home, and it needs to be a showcase. After working with a company like Apptek Coachella, with their high degree of professionalism and eye for detail, I recommend Apptek without hesitation!

A variety of circumstances with this project: Signficant weather wear on one side of the house, tile roof, multiple levels, close proximity to neighbors. The house visit (Carlsbad) and walk-around took about 1 hour. The quote was personally presented the next day. Work began within 6 days (our schedule). Probably the best part of the experience was the "no surprises". Work began promptly each day. Site was cleaned every evening. Project completed one day early.....on budget. Perhaps the best part was the quality of the work....absolutely perfect. Strong recommendation and would use Adam and his team anytime.
