I have been using them  now for a couple of years.  The customer service  is good. The pet care is very good as well.

No parking. I went in evening, and they don't reserve their parking places, thus they are all used by restaurant goers. So no parking. Then the doctor says something like cats don't get ear mites and then walks out of room and says it's an infection. Nurse comes in with a financial sheet totalling $600. I say i only want to treat her ear, so the price dwindles down and down. I never see dr again. When i get the email the next day of what's been said by the doctor, it is not the same as what he told me. He treated me like i didn't know anything about cats first of all in the exam room, and then on the sheet told me to play with my cat, which i do. How rude. I thk Dr. Laudis is ver nice and good, but not so with other vets there.

Great. I love this place. All of the veterinarians are nice and really concerned about my dogs well being when we go in. I have a chihuahua and a terrier mix and they fawn over them. They give them treats. The techs are all very nice and pleasant to work with. The front desk people are very accommodating and knowledgeable. When they did dental surgery on my chihuahua (which made her breath smell amazing!) the veterinarian himself called the next day to check up on her and see how she was doing. I never feel pushed into doing any treatments or surgeries that are unnecessary. They provide me with all my different options and I go from there. I will continue to bring my dogs here. I recommended that my roommate and my parents go to this vet and they switched and are now also going here. They all have had positive experiences.

They specialize in just treating cats. One of my cat likes to go here because it is calmer than going to one with dogs. She does a thorough examination of our cats and pays attention to details.

Excellent. Dr.Aaron Lamoree, DVM, is the nicest, most genuine and helpful vet you will ever meet. He works you in even if he has to stay late or miss lunch. He personally cares about your dog and he is very knowledgable. He has always given us the best advice and referrals if needed. I won't see anyone else.

We have taken our animals there for the last eight years, but it always seems like they're milking us for money. It didn't start off that way, but in the last two years it has gotten worse.

The only thing was price. Maybe all vets are expensive.

The vet is great with dogs, too! He is a wonderful veterinarian and he just knows right away the problems to diagnose the animal quickly. They are professional and hard working. They are always compassionate with the animals, and they don t have you in there long either.

I THOUGHT THE OFFICE STAFF AND VETERINARIAN WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND HELPFUL. I WAS ABLE TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT IN A TIMELY FASHION AND RECEIVED VERY HELPFUL ADVICE ON CARE AND PRODUCTS TO USE FOR MY NEW KITTEN. PRICE WAS AVERAGE FOR CARE.

WE USE TWO VET CLINICS IN ENCINITAS. WE SELECTED ALL PETS BECAUSE OF KEN SLOSSBERG'S EXTENSIVE PET EXPERIENCE, INCLUDING GUINEA PIGS. WE WOULD CERTAINLY CONSIDER THIS CLINIC FOR ALL FUTURE PET PROBLEMS WE ENCOUNTER.
