The lock on an iron gate had become "stuck", and was hard to unlock with key.  I thought perhaps I needed a new lock, so I called them for service.  He arrived the next morning and worked on the lock and was able to lubricate the interior mechanism (which apparently was not easy to do).  When he finished, the lock worked like new, so I was very pleased with the outcome.
