They are good, just remember to be very specific in what area or region you wanna live in, because they have deals all over. In our case, we gave them an 8 block radius and they found an amazing deal for us. A 4 bed room house and it has a very great neighborhood.

We worked with Bichere, every Saturday for months, to help find a new home in Boston (we moved from out of state). Bichere really went the extra mile for us, and put up with us being very picky about the house we wanted to buy. I'm sure he showed us about 60 houses.
