House Cleaning
Cleaning woman (Lauren White) was somewhat professional in demeanor but work product/quality failed to match. After ''deep cleaning'', the kitchen still had grease marks in obvious places (i.e. around cooktop area). White incorrectly indicated grease cannot be removed; I subsequently removed grease with Comet & sponge/water. Similarly, tiled shower area had obvious soapscum/buildup; again, a ''cannot remove'' explanation. I again managed to clean on my own with Comet/sponge/water. Instead of receiving decent work, I received excuses. Other problem areas were evident (dusting not performed). Paid her just to get rid of her from my home ASAP. My only positive comment is that Ms. White effectively sells service on phone but work result falls significantly short. Thanks to Angie's List for this valuable and much needed service for consumers!!
