Walter is responsive to phone / emails, arrives punctually, and does quality work. He charges hourly and does not provide a fixed cost, but he usually has a pretty good idea of how long something will take. He is also a friendly guy and we trust his judgement. He is easy to work with.

He rocks and I love him. He will redo the electricity for my entire house when the electricity goes down the tubes. He is awesome and terrific.

He was very reasonably priced. He was one of the least expensive of all the ones that I had called. He fixed something for me even when he came for the estimate at no charge. He was very neat and precise. He did a great job. He was easy to work with and patient. He was willing to answer questions. He was creative and gave some ideas for how to accomplish adding fixtures.
