Our experience with them has been so good so far but they are coming actually to install it tomorrow. We actually went out there two different times got quotes, so forth and so on. We scheduled them this time because this is when I can take time off. I'm doing the tear up and they are installing it. The quote was for $4280. They have been fine and quite helpful. They answered questions and gave us options as well as choices. I haven't had the installation done yet but so far it's been a very nice experience.

They really did a beautiful job. I wasn't too impressed with a few things with this company, but it wasn't anything major. They still get a positive grade.

They did a good job. They had pretty reasonable prices and they had a large selection. They were prompt in doing the installation and did a good job installing the granite. The customer service at showroom could use a little improvement, it seems there is not enough staff to handle everyone that comes in there.

Purchasing experience was terrible. Granite slabs are outside with no roof. Slabs were filthy so I couldn't even see color. Asked for a wet rag to wipe them, no response from the completely unhelpful Hispanic yard workers. Got one myself from the office. They fabricated the stuff way too fast (in about 6 hours) and wanted to install it at 7 at night! I said no. They came the next day, installed in 2 hrs. I have A LOT of granite in my kitchen. Upon 1st glance, it looked okay. Upon closer examination, it's terrible. The bull-nose edges were DULL and too thick. They didn't match the prefab pieces edges. They didn't even look polished. The backsplash edges were so rough and jagged it looked like they were cut with a hacksaw. Had them back in to examine quality. They said it was fine. I told them to leave. Worst quality workmanship I have EVER seen. And they were ok with it. I made my contractor rip it all out. Now the contractor is suing Granite Expo over payment.
