DINORA ACEVEDO

Our wonderful housekeeper, Dinora Acevedo, has been cleaning our house once a week for several years. She s very reliable, cheerful, thorough, and affordable. She often works with her niece, Esmeralda and her nephew, Luis, who is available for yard work. She charges us $60 for the equivalent of 3 hours of work, which includes dusting, mopping the hardwood floors, vacuuming, cleaning the bathrooms and kitchen, and emptying the garbage, and often she throws in an extra, like cleaning out the refrigerator, or hosing down the outside of the windows. She has a key to the house since we re often not home when she comes. Her English is good, and she can always get a relative to translate if you need to explain something complicated.
