I ordered a tan leather platform bed from them in July 2005. One of the tan leather pieces that came was a king size, instead of the queen size I ordered. I contacted the company and they said to send it back and they would send the right piece out. In March 2007 I finally received a box from them and it was the wrong color - yellow. I contacted the company again and they said the product has been discontinued. I asked if they could send me a yellow leather headboard instead and they said they would if I paid $600. I of course argued and they said they would meet me halfway at $300. I don't feel that I should be responsible for paying extra and they are the ones who made the mistake in the first place, and they are unable to send me a complete bed - what I paid for. I would like them to send me the yellow bed - at their costs - and also pay to have my bed packed up and shipped back. They have offered to give me a full refund but I'm not completely confident I will get it.
