Dissatisfied with how many construction firms put profits before quality, employee fulfillment and ecological responsibility, friends Jeff Sochet and Tyson Schroeder formed Conscious Construction to make a positive change in the industry. Through the many projects completed thus far Conscious Construction has had the opportunity to not only produce quality workmanship, but also meet the social, environmental, and community needs of our clients and workers, building a core team of longtime employees and solid relationships with outstanding subcontractors. Even through this tough economic climate, we’ve been able to experience 5 years of exponential growth in the number, size and quality of our projects.
